I was just in Bangkok last month and was a frequent customer of P Kitchen. The staff are friendly and they deliver if you live nearby. I loved their crab meat fried rice and their garden/chicken salad. I've been trying to look for a dressing that tastes similar here and none of them remotely tastes the same. I wonder if it's an inhouse recipe or something I can buy in the supermarket.

Belgian Beer is soooo good! And with the country being relatively small you don't have to drive to far, just stagger around.

If you make it, I look forward to reading your posts!

Love the blog, kind regards, Si

Nice list! I went to Cuba a couple of years ago and absolutely loved it. It's a beautiful country and everybody was really friendly. On my current dream travel list, I have the Maldives where I want to do a PADI certificate, South Africa for the gorgeous landscapes and to do a safari, Japan (I have been there twice but love the country so much that I want to go every year! :), the Lofoten islands in Northern Norway,..and many many more places actually!
