Leave it to the Japanese to invent a totally new way of thinking about something so standard. I continue to remain a huge fan of Japanese ingenuity and creativity, especially when applied to food and cooking. I must admit, I am not sure I will try this at home but for your foodies, I hope you find the concept as interesting as I do.
A reverse boiled egg has the yolk on the outside and the whites on the inside… so essentially with the 2 layers reversed. It’s definitely a novelty which would ostensibly have no impact on taste and it appears to be easy-ish to do with a few common household supplies. Watch the video and be amazed!
