I travel often to Japan – it’s foodie paradise, I personally love the culture and I cannot get enough of this amazing country with its varied landscapes and experiences. That said, its nickname as “Planet Japan” is earned for a reason…it is one of the culturally most unique and distinct places in the world. It shares very little in common with the rest of Asia and of course, even less with the West.
